How do you beat the Battle Towers, it seems impossible with Seed Flare...

Well those are mainly grass types so i suggest you use a fire type move like blue flare

I'd like to see a published guide for all of them. :)
And if you beat a Battle Tower, can you beat it again for the same Pokemon? Or is it a one time thing?

Forest/Marine/Lava/Snorlax Towers are free, Rainbow/Cursed need Keys only obtainable from lucky dip, the other towers don't have keys yet, might as well bump.
