My suggestion is that forum banned users are aloud to see the "announcements" part of the forum, as that way, they can read the news for pokemon creed, and the rules for the rpg and chat.
I got banned for 24 hours yesterday, and when I wanted to re-check the rules for the rpg, to make sure I didn't break any of them, I wasn't aloud. Also, when da man's new news piece appeared, I couldn't look at it, other than going to the homepage in the rpg, but that wouldn't work if there was 2 new news pieces.

Nobody really read those rules and regulation policy thingy ..
We all just click agree and move on to play "true story"..I don't want to lie that's what I did
...and so far..I haven't broken any rule..
I really think this would be helpful...for them people who forgot the rules..

Dualot, I'm saying that people who are Forum banned, are aloud to see the rules for RPG/Chat. Because otherwise, there's an unfair disadvantage, as they can't check up on the rules if they want to, or they can't look if there's a change to the rules

They should read the rules before they go and start breaking them. Common sense.

i really dont know the rule i also got banned in a contest. now i will be more good and follow the rule.

Guys, this whole thing is that FORUM banned users can see the RPG/chat rules, not the forum rules. Because if you're banned on the forums but not the RPG or chat, you can't see if there are changes to the RPG rules or chat rules. This is why I'm suggesting it, so forum banned users don't get a serious disadvantage, by not being able to check the RPG rules, or see any rule changes. You say "They should have read the rules, or they wouldn't be banned" but they're different systems.

If you get banned can't you just go on another computer make another account and read the rules if you didn't do so in the first place?

what is the point of that you can be banned permanently and what is the difference if you see the announcments
