i think there should be a tm for giga impact it was a well known move for some pokemon.

Giga Impact has the same type, power, and effect as Hyper Beam. There isn't much of a need for it. :l

It would basically be the same as Hyper Beam. Therefore I don't see what purpose this move would be. Besides Hyper Beam sounds a lot cooler than Giga Impact. 2/10
