theres already a place where you can see online people [you must login to view links] and about the ban or frozen not to be on rankings 3/10 i could still like to see them on ranking place

why tho? when your looking for stuff and 9 times out of 10 there either frozen or banned, and it gets annoying most of the time.

Well i dont see how frozen or banned members change anything as they're banned so the moniker goes to the next person.
