there must a second auction house in which when we put pokemon the people dont bid the just offer like i put shiny golurk so then in events in must come that attacker offer 60 coins accept decline if u accept so only that pokemon must be sended if not u decline offer it cuz i put same pokemon which sold in 1k not 5k 10k this is not good that u sell that pokemon only for that coins

You can use the chatroom of the Market / Trades section if you want people to offer on your pokemon, you don't need a 2nd auction house for it. If you don't want your pokemon to be sold under its price then don't auction it.
