because evolving an evee requires a stone(Water,Fire,Thunder)

I think Da Man still didn't add the shiny evolutions of eevee in the game.

You've got to wait for them to be added, don't think they have just yet, also not sure when they will be.

Well i wouldn't like to evolve the shiny evee, base seems good but the evolutions are awesome too
