constructive criticism, think I can manage that.
First of all, I'm not giving you a number rate, because it's useless and doesn't help.
Secondly, I'm assuming you're a beginner so i'll keep things simple, feel free to pm me if you need more help

First up, placement.
The focal is too centre, so look up the rules of thirds. Basically, an off center focal will help more for depth.

secondly: colour
the background doesn't match at all, and has no flow. A colour balance layer to put the blues right, and then a warm photo filter is probably the way to go there

Doesn't really have any good effects and the background does not suit the render.
IMO, the text should be angled, and not put on a straight line.

I like the glow from glaceon best. However, the name needs to be able to be seen a bit better (New colour, or different font). Anyway, great job! ^.^
