My first Sprite!!!

Hey this is my very first sprite and I am really excited about it. Please give me any feed back on what to improve/do. :) Also Rate

Nice Lugia :)
I like it ^^
but for me, it's lil weird 'cause the glow colour is not match with the lugia's white colour..
so, maybe you can recolour the lugia and make the colour match with the glowing :)

it has alot of colors so it like makes it look wierd but nice for your first sprite and i could rate it 8/10 keep working hard

u have added lot of colours to lugia if u add same colours accordingly it will be nice overall i like it

Nice lugia 7/10 but the different colors made it weird and u should made the outer to be light blue (in my option).
