If they spam, ban them, it gets really annoying and they are aware of the rules and they are breaking them. I don't feel they deserve another chance.

Man if this passes I can't wait to see the guy that started it all face when it happens to him..........I mean yes I can see constant spammers but everybody is going to screw up once. Think about it if you would get banned from Life for lying everybody would have been gone by the age of five.

There is a difference. There are really no rules in life for lying so your theory doesn't really work here.
The site has rules that people are supposed to follow and people keep breaking them constantly. After all, that is what the forum staff is for ain't it?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not asking them to be banned from the whole site. Just be banned from the forums for like a year or something. You know? A certain time that gives them time to grow up.
