Trading clan credits
We should be able to trade clan credits because you can trade coins,money and points but you cannot trade clan credits to other people.MY suggestion

No the purpose of clan credits is to reward the trainer for training within the clan so then he/she can redeem for coins/points/pokemon/money
Once a Top 2 trainer and Top 2 pokemon
