You can make a thread for a joke area it would get posted because it isn't in the forums. Good idea it would be.

I dont think there is one but like the two above me said you should type this up on the idea section on the forums and mabye there might be a new section, but i think you can say jokes in the oddish off topic if its neccesarry.
