I like your idea,but wouldn't it be better stated:If you want to keep a msg from getting deleted,and you just want it to be out of your inbox,you can just temporally delete it with the recycle bin...I would rate this 6.5/10...

Well, like the others said, it could be useful to bring back unintentional deleted messages. But, that's probably the only good thing it would do. I can't think of any other reasons, so 7/10.

this would be helpful for the people who accidentely delete messages but not all
