how we can post in the forum in a day, a limit of times that I can post in the forum?

I think there's no limit of post that you can post.

If that is the question, then there is no limit to posting on forums, as long as you don't spam.

yeah that is right as long your are not spamming you can post infinite. until you are contented with your all heart. but i have a running question how to make a thread in the forum. no offence to the thread maker.
