I think I get what you mean, but I'm going to expand on it.

For your idea, you only need one contest, not regular, super, elite, and extra elite. People maybe put their pokemon up, then vote on who's the cutest, and each vote gets the pokemon a random number between 1 and 10, and the highest pokemon wins, so that way it puts in a bit of luck too. But this still won't be all that good because thousands of people will put their own pokemon up and it'd just cause a lot of confusion. Yeah, not be able to vote for your own but it becomes pointless.

You technically could all you would have to do is add the poke candy machine to make those candies like in the poke game and then feed them to your poke to get cool points or smart points etc. you would also have to add the charts to the poke to see how much went where which shouldn't be too hard
