Battle contest idea

Ok so I was looking at aster1 his battle tournament idea and came up with this.

People would be able to gain A certain promo that would be ultra rare.
Catch would be they would need to train it from level 5 with it only gaining exp if its the only poke in the party.
So for example:
Start today anyone can enter and everyone gets the poke.
At the end the top 3 who gained the most exp will get to keep it.
(Working on a idea for it to be removed and you still having a poke in party but it wouldn't be fair if the higher people use there main poke to instantly level it like 1000 levels)
Welcome to suggest any idea's how this could be done.

This idea has been took off another pokemon site so i don't rate it at all.
