Attacker - Go to your clan and click manager clan ranks under clan management,scroll down and you'll see Add\Edit rankings here is where you make the clan ranks and give powers to members,Now at the top you'll see

[you must login to view links] <-- this, put the players username in the top box and the box under with the arrow on the left hand side is where the ranks are,choose the rank you want for that player then click update rank.
