I don't really see any downsides. :) People could lend things out without risk of being scammed if this was implemented.

Awesome idea in my opinion but this could bring down the rate of exp share because then people could just loan it and not buy it other than that it is a good idea 7/10

i like the idea alot, very good suggestion. i rate 7/10, but some items you wouldnt be able to loan cause of the fact they go away once in use
