Loans
Alright I have just thought of this because I offered training for someone but they were scared that I would rip them off because it has happened multiple times to them apparently.

Here's the idea:
Right now both people can return the loan after the time runs up. But how about we add an option for a loan where a pokemon cannot be returned until the person that offered the training finishes his part of the bargain. (This is like an exp time-limit type thing). However, lets say the trainer that is training gets banned or frozen or isn't on for a long time. The original owner can still take the pokemon back. But, if both parties chose not to use the exp version they can still use the time limit

The purpose:
To prevent those trainers that are trying scam coins to keep their promise of actually training the pokemon. This would reduce most of faulty trades, reduce complaints to staff members, and provide proof to the staff that someone is scamming because they will not be able to return the pokemon if they do not fulfill the set requirements of the loan.

Basics:
Trainer gets pokemon through loan, cannot return until he/she trains the amount of exp set by the loan. Trainer gets reward after completing the training and sends back the pokemon.

True, it would increase at the very beginning stages but once people find out it is easier to find out who is scamming it will then lead to a decrease in scamming.

Yes but like I said I will start off increasing scammer but then scammers will get scared of being banned causing a decrease to even out to before or less than before. It will be a long term investment. So staff would have to do it then after awhile all the sudden their job just got easier.
Think about it the U.S. government uses short term investment to postpone the fiscal cliff and then they have to do another short term investment just to postpone it again. Instead they could do long term and get it over with causing their jobs to get rough but then later their jobs are so much easier.

I think you should have a section in the trade where you both agree to a deal, the person doing the training has so long to do the training, once it's complete they get the reward coins etc. so if they don't do any training you dont lose out.
Is this kind of what you are thinking?

No Buttetbean I was think that it be apart of the actually loan. So they cannot give it back unless they train it to the amount set by both people. And if they don't train it they can't give it back. If they can't give it back then you have easy accessible proof for you to give to staff to prove they tried to scam you.

Daviii be honest.....do you even know the rules!! I had to go to page three just to find my idea because you spammed the entire first two pages!
anyways it would not be scamming if you would think about it because right now a trainer can just set up a loan and not train and still get the reward. This would make sure the trainer trains then after he returns the pokemon he gets the reward. This makes the trainer have to train and not scam you.

Hmm don't agree, staff will start raging
