or battle NPC(Swimmer) use volt tackle or any lightning moves. If you have toxic and fly, then battle Mysterious Trainer. |

1.You could just fight swimmer richard,but give you pokemon bolt strike,that probably the strongest electric move.
2.Let someone else train your pokemon,it probably cost some coins though. 3.fight zapmolcuno,but you need toxic and fly,or you will probably die in an instant. |
