How do you get a Creed banner?

For example, I had a Creed Mod Banner before. Many have a Snorlax Novice and other stuff. So how do I get one? And no, I don't want the ones they give when your frozen or banned.

yes what lilchris24 said is correct that get a creed banner you have to get into fourms go on to account setting and then go down you will see the banners but you must have the requirements to get them
