Hey one question, why are based Pokemon worth more then unbased Pokemon?

Based pokemon are worth so much more because:
1) They can be traded to anybody. (An unbased pokemon may not be able to be traded because of the trading cap)
2) It gives the buy the choice of either raising the level because they feel like they would keep it or keep it base an try to make a profit off of it.
3) To some it is just the feeling of have a base instead of an unbased pokemon.

People can train them and then gain profit, also they just look better to have on your team, and then you can trade it to anybody.
