Hey how to I get coloured pokemon except aution and promos and excluding shiny pokemon

You can get them from trading with other players or events that may be given out on certain dates or the battle towers, which is really hard to obtain.

you can get luminous starters in games corner, you can get coloured pokemon in pokemon ranffle too.

You can get them in, Events,Contests,Games corner, Trading,Towers ect.

luminous starters in games corner and shiny pokemon can be found in the wild (rare) and also in random swap (rare too).

well you can get them from players because they used to be promos so just ask around there are plenty

colors were previous promos, so there will not be in maps, so trade, buy etc.
