Toxic on Mysterious Trainer/Zapmolcuno with Megahorn/Blizzard is the best way to train but the hardest.

obtain a ghost type pokemon and fight the bird trainer on the same row as swimmer richar rd. you will have 2 pokemon to fight instead of just one, so you will gain more xp. and the ghost type will not be affected by his normal type moves. for best effectiveness, switch one of your moves to boltstrike.

If you have low levels just train on the swimmer untill all your pokemon are at least near each other, then move on to the Dragon Tamer, once you obtain toxic, and a few ghost pokemon it's best to train on Zapmolcuno, once you beat all the gyms, you can battle the mysterious trainer.
Town>Dark Ally>Mysterious Trainer, sorry if this is a long explanation, I just had no other way to explain it... |
