I have an idea; make a new map taking place near celebi's shrine in Ilex Forest, and make a GS ball. Then, if you can afford the expensive GS ball, walk up to Celebi's shrine with the GS ball, and a Celebi appears! Review this idea, I don't care if it's used or not, but I like it! And please, don't sugar coat your reviews. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITCISM WANTED.

Interesting idea. But possibly another obstacle to get to Celebi Shrine. Maybe needing a key or something else that you need to find so that this isn't easy to get. So I like it 7/10.

If you had to do task before getting the GS ball like defeat the mysterious trainer 500 times, give 100,000,000 to other people, catch 50 spheal and ETC.

I dont think this would be a good idea. This would hurt the already low rate of celebi ( grass tower).

8/10 I agree that the rarity would be ruined unless they had more than one trial to get to it. Along with having to get the GS Ball which I think should price at 500Mill and 1K Coins you should catch at least one of a grass types on a list to make it harder.
