How does the system chooses the promotions? Can someone answer me this basic doubt, I'm a little lost on this subject here in the game. Another thing, there is a difference between the 3 fishing rods in the game?

i actually dont know. id love to know who chooses the promos as well like when a promo is a shiny you can get from random swap, thats abit annoying as i already have countless times. as for the rod i have no idea the difference in them im afraid sorry.hope it gets answered
