7/10 because I like the idea of stat-boosting items. Maybe I misread you but items (like Pecha Scarf) that gives a pokemon more attack or defense could be a good idea. It'll give more variety to PvP at the minimum.

I agree with Jeffrey0 as well because I highly doubt Da Man will add those items because they're very few arceus and stats don't really matter in creed, because in Pokemon Creed anything is possible!
