Blocking Settings for Forum Threads
You make a thread, and you add some rules. Someone breaks those rules(such as spamming), and you cant do anything about ( because there are no block settings for threads yet.) What will you do? Well, my suggestion is to be able to block certain people from your threads you dont want to have problems with. If we have block settings for the RPG, why not have them for Forums?

Users shouldnt do this, this is a job from the forum moderators and if they dont do it, they should not be moderate these forums.. I dont like the idea users banning other players from threads or whatever, this is the job from a moderator to keep threads nicely.. So i would say 5/10
