Mr. Super Saiyan, what makes you say that? You can't go against a large group of people without meaning in your words. People with higher trainer level have earned the right to make coins (for training), not the right to get other high leveled pokemon, which they must already have, adding a significant amount of redundancy to the game. You only made one point, and that point is completely and irrevocably useless because, even with a level 4000 pokemon (which isn't high level at all), you still need a good 232 Swimmer Richard battles to get to Trainer level 1000, and 1,853 to get to trainer level 2000.

You'll need stronger arguments if you want to be taken seriously around here.

XD We have the right to buy other high leveled pokemon within our Trading Caps. Im surprised to see ppl who have high Trading Caps (Dualot, Ranstorm) who agree to this :o
