My Idea is to be able to remove bets. Sometimes people want to take their Bets down but They cant due to not being able to take down there bets.

Yup as Jeffery0 said they took it down to fix the glitch. But I guess it was too much work so they took it down forever until they felt like fixing it.

It would be nice if you wanted to take big bets down (like a bet of 50k coins), but for some reason it doesnt work :/
