Hello again, everyone. I was just wondering how people know what price to sell their pokemon at? I have a number of shinies I want to get rid of but don't know what fair prices are. I've heard some suggestions but I was wondering: how much is a generic lvl 5 shiny worth in coins, and how do people know this?

well the rate depends on the rarity of the shiny usually in general between 50-100 coins

as Shigi said shinies vary depending on what shiny it is but the maximum amount ur likely to get is 100 coins

Thanks a lot! I have just one more question...when I look in the pokedex I see for each pokemon they have numbers (male/female/total) for special pokemon, be they shiny, cursed, or anything else. Does this indicate rarity?

what is a "generic shiny" people? can someone please explain the difference between a regular shiny and a generic shiny?

A Shiny non random swappable, i.e. Shiny Ho-oh or Shiny Entei, Shinies obtained from promos that are only obtainably from promo.

a level 5 shiny pokemon goes from 50 coins to 100 coins if it is not a special one..and some special ones even go to 8k-9k like shiny ray..
