can i catch rainbow mudkip using master ball?

no u need a rainbow pokeball to catch which can be obtained from the laboratory either for coins or lab credits , ;ab credits can be obtained by doing lab task s hope this was helpful :)

doesn't master ball says catch any pokemon? why it doesn't include rainbow mudkip?

Because RainbowMudkip is one of the two Pokemon that can be caught with a PokeBall so it's "special".

rainbowmudkip and shadow mudkip special are made unavailable atm because of some sort of bug, as far as I know. So getting the balls won't help at all. And no, you can't capture it with a master ball.

Not only can you capture with a rainbow pokeball that you can in the laboratory buying for coins or mission fulfilling
the price is 2999 coins or 495 lab credits

you can't catch it with master ball
