Honestly i think this could be added as corn said but u may wanna be more specific about which moves
Honestly, reputationn shows nothing for a player. You could have high reputation and be themost mean spririted person on creed or the otheer way around.

But that is not possible as almost everyone has worked very Hard to Achieve such an Enormous level for thier pokemon and is Respected by everyone.

One thing I know is that this game will be a hell lot of boring if Pokemon learn moves which they would have normally liked. Idea 3/10.

i think adding focus punch as a tm will be a very good move..since it is the best fighting move and will help against snorlx tower

I would only agree to the wide variety of TM part but it will be like the TM toxic, hyper beam and recover Not for free. I highly disagree to the removal of the concept on any Pokemon can learning any type of attack due to the same reasons stated above; harder to train

i don't think that's a good idea considering there are many TM's are on here anyway and only some rare TM's that you have to pay for or earn it most of them are on the game anyway.
