my idea is to create private chat rooms for a clan so that they can discuss the clan matters privetly and discuss about upgrading their clan exp etc !!!!!!

There are some websites that allow you to have a private chat room.

Even if this isn't put into effect a lot of clans have added chat rooms from different sites on to the clan page. That works pretty well in my opinion.
