I just bought an Itemfinder, my question is what temperature does it need to be to work?

I just found 2 items so it worked, so it can be in any weather to work? I saw somewhere that it had to be at least 20°

If the weather is good the weather is Sunny and the temperature is 15% you can use your itemfinder.
