You can find pecha berry in Dark Alley that is in your Town. Eg. Pallet Town. Some more berry will you get from itemstore.,

first you can buy a berry are find one with an item finder then you can grow them in your house and get 2 each time and then sell them if you wont or you can save up 500 pecha berrys and 3.5k coins then go to the dark ally and you can buy a pecha scarf

Most people just grow and sell pecha berries, they can get you a few coins, not too much. But if you save up you can get a Pecha Scarf, which prevents your pokemon from being poisoned
