hi,can someone please tell me where can i get a lot of these spooky scarfs,and i am wondering what is the true function of this,because if i am putting the cursor on it,it says that i should get rid off of this...

Spooky scarfs have no use in the game now they were used in the halloween event 2 years ago,you can only get them off other players that have them
