I think there should be a "/ban" command on chat. So when spammers and beggars or doing their thing we can vote to ban them when staff isn't on and they won't stop. It would take like 10 players to vote until someone is banned. Then CB should say "pkmn123 voted to ban pokemon123." Then If someone is abusing the power someone can use an "/unban" command to stop them, and CB would say the same thing, "pkmnash voted to not ban pokemon123." Then it would get reset like every hour or so.

good idea but instead of getting message pkmn123 has voted to ban pkmn999, the message should me vote to ban pkmn999 i.e. the person will be anonymous.

I think it is not needed. We do have the "Player Disputes" forum for people that are breaking the rules. We'll just post there provided that we have evidences/proofs.
