I think it should be possible to find on the map the most legendary, even the most simple as Terrakion, Heatran, etc. ...

Yes, but my suggestion is to put on the map only legendary that nobody in the game has. Keldeo, Terrakion, no one has.

umm i dont think that adding legendaries to maps will do anything good to the game. what i propose is that these legendaries should be added in game corners. since they will have a high rate, they will be rare as well

This has been suggested many times, and like I say almost every time I see it -.- it makes the value of legends go down.

agreed, there are legends that you can already buy, and the people would spend hours just collecting them making there value down to nothing

The reason legendaries are called that is because they're not as common as other pokemons. Wanting legendaries for your own benefit isn't good for others.
