I don't if there is a thread about it, but I know you can only have a maximum of 3 acounts per IP Address.

and, we can only buy 2 promos per ip. therefore, there is no use of having three accounts. if you want to send your poekmon from one to another, you will have to make all their trainer level high for trade cap. its simply 3X work. but, if your main purpose is storing map pokes and buying promos, i recommend you make only two, not three.

Here is the link to the rules thread. [you must login to view links] And it states that the maximum account per ip (your house) is 4 or 5. And exceeding then it may ban your accounts. Also, You can't use the multiple accounts to bet with yourself, or bid on your own pokemon.
