I like these ideas, except the last one. I think it would create too much hard feelings towards each other. And possibly cause more trouble or argument. So I will give this an overall of 8/10

Bunch of good ideas, man! I especially like the Recycle Shop, all these stones are pointless and no one ever buys them.
You know, I'd probably not mind stones being removed from Creed completely.
