I like the idea. Shinies are so excluded from the Pokemon Raffle, people don't even do the pokemon raffle. Many people would be in the shiny one. 10/10

I like the idea, would bring more people to the raffle and able to collect decent pokes, instead of normal. Which nobody really wants.. 9/10

This sounds like an awesome idea for new people that get shinies from the more older players then the newer players can enter their shinies into the Shiny Raffle and if they win they can sell their won shinies for a bulk of coins.

This sounds like an absolutely amazing idea for the new players, but I think the limit of shinies that you could enter should be five. Then if new players win they will get a ton of shinies, and sell them in a bulk and get rich off of them.
