Well, if this is to training or while playing games, I just put my iPod on shuffle and listen to whatever comes up. No real specifics when it comes to this.

most of the time i will lisen to pandora i dont really pay attention so i lisen to anything.

I usually just listen to whatever comes up on Spotify. I just throw a bunch of songs I like together in one playlist and randomize it lol
