Whats a Balm Mushroom? Where is it good for and how much is it worth in coins? I tried looking it up on the forum but couldnt find anything on mushroom (except 1 thread about selling a poké and nothing on balm or balm mushroom.. So if anyone knows the answer, please reply, if not, just dont reply :').

The second thing i want to know is whats a Relic copper, what can you do with it and again how much is it worth in coins..

both items doesn't really do anything important (like Pecha scarf or leftovers) for the game, they are just something The Enthusiast will buys for a certain amount of money, and to answer your question about the coins, it all depend on how badly the other user(s) want it, since there are no real value for the stuffs "The Enthusiast" wants.
