ok so in the safari zone there is a girl standing in front of the pokemon center if you hover the mouse over her nothing comes up. if you try to pass her it says its blocked. is this a glitch?

It's just a blank sprite I don't think you can battle or talk to her it's just like the Pokemons standing there on the maps.
