can any one say me how can i level up fast and can any one loan high level pokemons so that i can increase my trainer level fast

Defeat all 40 Gym badges --> Defeat Mysterious Trainer. He gives high exp. so your trainer level will increase..
For other battles: Go to NPC Fights and Defeat Zapmolco [Last one in that] And you cant loan high level pokemons because of your trainer level
