Safes are used at the bottom part of the page in the Bank.
It for the Legendary Donors part where you donate them for prizes (coins and cash) and a ribbon. The rules for it are stated there. |

As I see it, since the max money you can carry is like 2.3 Bill... safes are ways to carry more. Don't know any more than that and I may be wrong lol.
