Good idea gyms would be better with a 90-200 lv increase to me personally but I'm not sure if the others can keep up if they aren't helped

Maybe what they can do is find like a formula to use on the gym leader. For example, if your poke's level is 312, then you plus that into the formula and end up with the level that the gym leader's poke is going to be.

They should do that,although then people that is strong can't battle the gym,so 7/10:)
