not a bad idea nor even a good idea 6/10.but yeah is a need for more badges.

It should help new players tho to start training actively instead of begging and asking others to train for them. I think the game would be more fun if there are new achievements/awards to get and maybe an rankingsystem on who's got the most battles done or something like that. Nice idea, ill rate it an 8 out of 10.

This is a good idea for the more new players to give them that extra boost to stay around to get into the higher ranks with the higher trainers. It would definitely make them want to train more knowing they get achievements along the way. I don't think the achievement award should be something super big, nor super small something nice to win to keep them here

This is something that is done in many other pokemon rpg's, I don't think it's really necessary, but I guess it could help motivate people to play the game more.
