I know i'm sure this has been suggested before but I had some ideas to make it easier to do and as well as kid friendly ways still. First off to stay away from constant spam of it being used and people changing it here and then make a small but affordable price such as 100-1,000 coins per change. But this is just to send it to be approved/disapproved. If the image is already bigger than 100x100 or whatever is the cap then it's automatically denied by the system but the others are sent somewhere for Staff to access to approve or disapprove fairly on the requested avatars. This way all avatars stay appropriate and proper. If an avatar is disapproved due to inappropriate content or over the max limit then the coins aren't returned for wasting staffs time. As well as when it's approved either way no coin returns. Gets rid of some the coins within the economy (there are too many!) Plus now a days more coins entering than leaving the economy.

I like it its a good idea balances out the econom and we get to have cool avaters 9/10

Yeah I also have a sprite I recolored as I thought about remaking a lot of sprites with different looks and maybe do different outfits. I know on many forums people have made small little pictures edited with their username and so forth and that's why I thought would be a cool idea. Instead of everyone having the same ol' images over and over as their avatar how about some originality to show off who you are besides on their signatures on forums and in game.
