I don't think that's a good idea. 1/10. Th value of all Shinies would go down. And the price you suggesed was way too low.

The point of the low chance is so rich players can't auto sell and farm shinies, this would allow even new players to get shinies easily making promos the only valuable pokes.

they should have a thing in random swap where you can swap a colored for another colored poke and it costs $50,000000

instead of making everything cheaper why not use coins and i mean not just 100C or 1000c make it 10,000C and of course only shinnies that are below rank 800 in rarity would appear...
